We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst with a focus on cloud migration initiatives. This role is crucial for driving successful transitions to cloud platforms, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.

This position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in business analysis and Guidewire ClaimCenter within a dynamic cloud migration environment. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our insurance claim processing capabilities.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter cloud migrations, translating these into actionable user stories, and developing detailed process flows and business rules. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to achieve migration goals. Support will also be provided for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, defect management, and ensuring release readiness, all while maintaining traceability against Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) standards.

A strong background in business analysis with specific experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter projects is essential, including expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and Agile methodologies. Proven experience with ClaimCenter migration, upgrade, or cloud transformation programs is required, along with a solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance claims processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities are vital for success in this role.
