We are seeking experienced Guidewire professionals with deep expertise in ClaimCenter and integrations to develop and customize scalable solutions for Property & Casualty insurance clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work within the comprehensive Guidewire Insurance Suite ecosystem, enhancing policy administration, claims management, billing, and system integrations. You will be instrumental in driving technological advancements and delivering significant business value.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Guidewire applications, focusing on ClaimCenter and related integration modules. You will customize Guidewire components using Gosu and Java, and build robust ClaimCenter solutions, including workflows, rules, and batch processes.

Develop and support integrations using the Guidewire Integration Framework. This involves creating and maintaining SOAP/REST APIs, handling XML/XSD and JSON data structures, and managing messaging components. Collaboration with business analysts, architects, and QA teams is essential to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

We are looking for candidates with over 6 years of software development experience, specifically with strong hands-on exposure to Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, particularly ClaimCenter. Proficiency in Gosu, Java, XML, JSON, XSD, SQL, SOAP/REST Web Services, and Guidewire configuration tools is required.

A solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance domain processes, especially across claims and integration landscapes, is essential. Experience with Guidewire data models, workflows, rules engines, and integrating Guidewire applications with various external systems is highly valued. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence is expected.
