As a Manager and Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in various streams of Guidewire implementation projects. Your role involves collaborating closely with onsite coordinators, planning and meticulously monitoring project deliverables, and mentoring your team through successful project execution.

You will provide regular status updates to Program Managers and onsite coordinators. Additionally, you will interface directly with customer representatives as needed, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Your people responsibilities include cultivating a quality-driven culture, managing performance reviews for direct reports according to organizational policies, and championing teamwork through leadership by example.

We seek individuals with a strong foundation in technology consulting, holding a B.E./B.Tech/MCA and MBA, complemented by 8-14 years of robust industry experience. A deep, hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter configuration, alongside Guidewire Integration and/or Guidewire Digital is essential.

Demonstrable knowledge of Personal Lines products (e.g., Personal Auto, Property, Homeowners) or Commercial Lines products (e.g., Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation) is required. Proficiency in Java 8+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and enterprise messaging systems is crucial. Experience with Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic, coupled with real-time knowledge of enterprise system integration within insurance applications, is expected. A solid understanding of software development best practices, excellent business communication, leadership, client-facing, and project management skills are paramount for this role.
