Serve as a Technical Manager, spearheading various facets of Guidewire implementation projects. You will collaborate closely with onsite coordinators, ensuring seamless communication and integration.

Key responsibilities include planning and diligently monitoring project deliverables, providing mentorship to the project team, and delivering regular status updates to Program Managers. Effective interface with customer representatives will also be a crucial aspect of this role.

This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, coupled with 8-14 years of extensive industry experience. Expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter configuration, integration, or digital solutions is essential.

Demonstrated knowledge of either Personal Lines products (Auto, Property, Homeowners) or Commercial Lines products (Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Business Owners) is necessary. Proficiency in Java 8+, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, and experience with Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic are critical.

Strong understanding of enterprise system integration within insurance applications and software development best practices is expected. Excellent business communication, leadership, client-facing, and project management skills are paramount for success in this role.
