This role focuses on leveraging your Guidewire expertise to design, configure, and support scalable solutions for Property & Casualty insurance clients, impacting policy administration, claims management, and billing operations.

We are seeking experienced Guidewire professionals with a strong command of BillingCenter and Guidewire Integrations. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and enabling seamless operations across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite ecosystem.

Develop, configure, and maintain Guidewire applications, particularly BillingCenter and Integration modules. Customize components using Gosu, Java, and Guidewire Studio, alongside configuration tools. Enhance BillingCenter workflows, including payments, adjustments, delinquency, commissions, and GL postings. Build and manage integrations using the Guidewire Integration Framework, covering plugins, messaging, web services, and data exchange. Create and maintain APIs, XML/XSD, JSON structures, and integration interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Conduct unit testing, support QA/UAT, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments. Participate actively in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and uphold development best practices.

A minimum of 6 years in software development, with substantial experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications. Deep expertise in one or more Guidewire modules, specifically BillingCenter and Guidewire Integrations. Proficiency in Gosu, Java, XML, JSON, XSD, SQL, SOAP/REST Web Services, and Guidewire configuration tools. Solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance domain processes, focusing on billing and integrations. Practical experience with Guidewire data models, workflows, rules engine, messaging, and web services. Experience integrating Guidewire with various systems like payment gateways, document systems, and accounting platforms. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence is expected.
