Lead technical streams within Guidewire implementation projects, collaborating closely with onsite coordinators.

Plan and meticulously monitor project deliverables, providing clear direction and support to your team members.

Mentor project resources, cultivate a strong sense of teamwork, and lead by example.

Ensure regular status reporting to management and onsite coordinators, effectively communicating progress and potential roadblocks.

Interface directly with customer representatives as required, maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their evolving needs.

This position requires a BE, BTech, or MCA degree coupled with 3 to 7 years of relevant industry experience.

Essential competencies include a strong foundation in Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration, encompassing concepts like Delinquency, Disbursements, Collections, and Write-off. Proficiency in Java (5+), JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and an Enterprise Messaging System is crucial.

Demonstrated experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic, along with real-time knowledge of enterprise system integration, preferably within the insurance domain, is expected. A solid understanding of software development best practices, excellent business communication, and strong leadership skills are paramount. Prior client-facing experience is a significant advantage.
