As a Technical Leader, you will manage key streams within Guidewire implementation projects.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with onsite coordinators, planning and overseeing project deliverables, and mentoring your team.

You will provide regular status reports and interface with client representatives as needed, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder communication.

We are seeking candidates with 8-14 years of industry experience, possessing deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter configuration, integration, or digital aspects.

A strong understanding of Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products is essential, along with proficiency in Java 8+, JEE, XML, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, and enterprise messaging systems.

Experience with Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic, along with enterprise system integration in the insurance sector, is crucial. Excellent leadership, communication, client-facing, and project management skills are a must.
