This role focuses on validating end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter functionalities through a combination of manual, functional, and automation testing. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.

Key tasks include performing integration, regression, and system testing across Guidewire applications and insurance workflows. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery, and effectively identify, track, and manage defects through to resolution, adhering to all testing standards.

We are seeking professionals with a strong background in Guidewire Insurance Suite, particularly PolicyCenter testing. Essential experience includes hands-on application of manual, functional, and automation testing methodologies.

A solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance business processes and the policy lifecycle is crucial. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM is expected. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in Agile environments.
