Join our team as an experienced Oracle GTM Consultant, bringing your expertise in FTA/Trade Agreements to design, configure, and support Oracle GTM solutions. You'll focus on duty programs, Rules of Origin (ROO), certificate management, and trade compliance.

This role involves close collaboration with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams. The objective is to ensure accuracy in qualification, maintain audit readiness, and drive duty savings through effective GTM strategies.

Lead comprehensive implementations of Oracle GTM Trade Agreements (FTA) functionality, including managing trade agreement attributes, partner regions, and effective dating.

Design and execute FTA qualification strategies that align with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Configure and interpret complex ROO rules such as Tariff Shift, RVC, de minimis, and process rules, performing BOM-based qualification for manufactured and bought-out products.

Manage requalification processes triggered by changes in BOM, suppliers, or regulations.

Develop and maintain Trade Item Structures (BOMs), ensuring accurate HS classifications, country of origin data, and RVC inputs are consistently applied.

Provide support for supplier declarations and certificates, overseeing origin statements, Certificates of Origin, and traceability management.

Integrate Oracle GTM with essential systems like ERP, logistics, and customs platforms, supporting preferential program application during shipments and audits.

Prepare detailed functional design documents, lead testing phases, offer robust production support, and deliver comprehensive user training.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience with Oracle GTM (Cloud or On-Premise).

Proven hands-on experience with the FTA/Trade Agreements module, ROO, and preferential duty programs is essential.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of trade concepts, BOM qualification, and cost/value calculations.

Possess knowledge of global trade compliance, HS classification, and the intricacies of origin determination.

Familiarity with GTM Cloud (Fusion) or OTM is preferred, along with experience in customs documentation and multi-country supply chains. Techno-functional skills in interfaces, data loads, and diagnostics are a plus.
