Drive end-to-end GTM implementations and manage project accounts with techno-functional expertise. This role requires a strong understanding of GTM applications and country-specific trade processes. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing project deliveries, updates, and change requests.
Develop and configure GTM modules, ensuring a basic functional understanding of OTM. A key aspect of this role involves understanding customs processes, Free Trade Zones (FTZ), and duty drawback procedures. You will be deeply involved with various GTM modules, including Trade Compliance Management, Screening, License Management, Declaration, Custom Filing, Trade Agreements, and Trade Incentive Programs.
Configure and administer GTM modules by creating agents, saved queries, action checks, custom actions, screen sets, manager layouts, and workbenches. Manage user preferences, favorites, and handle project migrations and account policies. Oversee GTM quarterly upgrades, implementing new features and enhancements.
Facilitate seamless integration with other modules like EBS, JDE, Fusion, and SAP using integration layers such as OIC, Boomi, Mule soft, or SOA. Gather customer requirements, analyze supply chain business needs, and create detailed functional specifications. Provide clear logic to the technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal and user acceptance testing, and support go-live activities, including necessary documentation.
Coordinate administrative processes with stakeholders and internal teams. Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrate the ability to think tactically and strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Champion the development and adoption of standards and processes.
Proven experience with at least three end-to-end GTM implementation projects. Techno-functional expertise on GTM applications, including a solid functional understanding of country-specific trade processes, is essential.
Familiarity with customs processes, FTZ, and duty drawback procedures is required. A basic understanding of OTM is also necessary. You will manage day-to-day client interactions, project updates, and change requests, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
