Lead and manage the end-to-end transition of client services, processes, and operations. Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and communication strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of transition activities and adherence to client requirements. Conduct thorough due diligence and identify areas for process improvement during the transition phase. Facilitate effective knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure ongoing operational continuity. Monitor transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks. Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, maintaining clear communication and expectations. Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.

Possess extensive experience (12+ years) in transition management, project management, or service delivery, preferably within a global setting. Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing IT transitions and transformations, with at least 5 years specifically in transition management. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of transition lifecycle methodologies, project planning, and cross-domain execution. Showcase expertise in identifying and mitigating transition risks, developing robust strategies and contingency plans. Excel in stakeholder management, coordinating effectively with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Possess advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for tracking progress and reporting key metrics. Have experience with transition management tools, ideally including Microsoft Project or similar platforms. Be adept at working independently, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to dynamic environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
