EY is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect-Manager to lead and manage presales efforts for cybersecurity services. This role is pivotal in developing high-quality responses to complex RFPs and proactive solutions focusing on IAM, including user lifecycle management, single sign-on, privileged access management, and directory services.

The position requires contributing to Go-To-Market activities, sales, pre-sales, and business development for enterprise and customer IAM solutions. You will leverage EY's global IAM capabilities and partner ecosystem to provide best-in-class consulting services and drive digital transformation for clients.

Key responsibilities include advising senior client management on long-term IAM/PAM security solutions and enterprise architecture decisions. You will also build IAM solution architecting capabilities through proactive engagement with EY teams, partners, and clients. Actively participate in sales, pre-sales, and business development, responding to RFPs, conducting oral pitches, and negotiating. Plan and run workshops for client executives, driving application transitions and addressing business, digital, and IT strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional professionals to accelerate client enterprise architecture maturity and transformation journeys, and interface regularly with onsite/offshore stakeholders for smooth RFP execution.

Candidates should possess a B.Tech or MCA from a reputable institution and extensive consulting experience in Big-4s, IT Industry Majors, or Management Consulting firms. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in solutioning and proposing IAM products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Delinea is essential.

Strong teamwork skills are crucial for collaborating with geographically distributed teams. Experience in creating and conducting impactful client presentations specific to IAM/PAM, articulating technical and non-technical deliverables, and running workshops independently is required. Proficiency in productivity and diagramming tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is also necessary.
