Lead the design of competitive commercial terms for client pursuits, collaborating closely with pursuit leaders, solution architects, legal, pricing, negotiation, risk, and independence teams.

Conduct upfront qualification of complex managed services pursuits, focusing on maximizing commercial value for EY and mitigating key risks.

Transfer commercial knowledge to EY MS delivery teams to ensure effective ongoing contract management.

Collaborate with legal, pricing, negotiation, risk, independence, and MS enablement teams to maintain up-to-date commercial architecture.

Capture and embed commercial knowledge into EY artifacts to support future MS pursuits.

Facilitate training programs on commercial management for account, MS enablement, and delivery teams.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive commercial expertise in Managed Services and complex, sensitive pursuits.

Demonstrated strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to thrive in complex, matrix, and unstructured environments with globally distributed teams.

Exceptional attention to detail, consistently producing high-quality work under pressure.

A high degree of drive, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage ambiguity and change.

Credibility and ability to influence key EY and client stakeholders on robust commercial strategies and outcomes.

Fluency in best-practice MS commercial arrangements and the ability to translate them for EY pursuits.

Experience with large managed service/outsourcing arrangements (operations and sales) and large consulting engagements in complex delivery situations, including multi-party arrangements.

Typically requires a Post Graduate Business Degree, Chartered Accounting, or Law qualification.
