As an Associate Consultant in Direct Tax, you will be responsible for the thorough understanding and application of all direct tax provisions, including Transfer Pricing. You will compile details and prepare responses to tax office notices, manage the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, and handle knowledge of TDS provisions and quarterly WHT (TDS) return filings.

Your duties will extend to international tax and DTAA provisions, supporting income tax filings for non-resident entities, and assisting with Transfer Pricing compliances in India. You will also provide support in corporate tax litigation, including handling assessments, preparing consequential orders, and submissions for appeals before CIT(A), and representing the company before Income-tax and TDS authorities.

This permanent position requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 to 1 year of experience in corporate taxation. Qualified candidates from the 2026 batch are encouraged to apply. A solid grasp of direct tax laws, including Transfer Pricing, is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate experience in responding to tax notices, preparing tax computations and returns, and understanding TDS and international tax provisions. Familiarity with non-resident tax filings, Transfer Pricing compliances, and tax litigation support is expected. The role is based in Gurgaon or Navi Mumbai.
