Oversee the complete lifecycle of a product line, including strategy, roadmap, delivery, and customer outcomes. Set clear priorities, manage trade-offs, and ensure adherence to scope and quality standards using Microsoft methodologies. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and business stakeholders to develop cutting-edge customer solutions.

A Bachelor's Degree combined with a minimum of 10 years in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. In addition, 3+ years of people management experience is required.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and over 10 years of dedicated product management experience. Experience leading product managers in a managerial or lead role, with a proven ability to develop talent, is highly valued. A strong track record of owning product lines end-to-end, from strategy to market success and measured business outcomes, is essential.

Demonstrated success in engaging with senior customer stakeholders and executives to influence product direction and resolve blockers. Exceptional cross-group influence to align diverse teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance) without direct authority. Superior analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities. Experience leveraging AI in product development, including applying AI agents for research, analysis, specification, prototyping, and decision-making, and elevating these practices within the team.
