The GIA team comprises approximately 30 multilingual professionals dedicated to an independent and disciplined approach. You will collaborate with colleagues across various countries and functions, fostering a rich professional network. This role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking significant international exposure and a deep understanding of global business operations.
As a GIA Team Member, your core responsibilities will involve conducting internal audit assignments. This includes meticulously mapping business processes to understand workflows and identify key process-level controls. A critical part of the role is assessing the design and operational effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance processes across strategic and business units.
You will contribute to evaluating and enhancing the overall control environment of the organization. Your work will support the strengthening of governance frameworks and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. This dynamic role requires proactive engagement and a keen eye for detail in identifying areas for improvement.
We are seeking experienced professionals with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, specifically holding a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount for effectively interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
This role involves substantial international travel, with up to 50%-60% of your time spent outside India, visiting Capgemini businesses in over 25 countries, approximately two working weeks per month or 8-10 international trips annually. The remaining time will be dedicated to audits within India, either involving domestic travel or based from our Mumbai office. A flexible and adaptable approach to work and travel is essential.
