Join EY GDS Consulting as a Staff member in the GRC Technology SAP Security team. Lead and contribute to various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment for SAP ERP & GRC solutions. Take ownership of project execution, ensuring client satisfaction and managing estimations and reviews. Effectively collaborate as a team member and leader, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and mentoring junior colleagues. Drive quality in deliverables for yourself and the team, and support learning initiatives. Assist in preparing RFP responses and client demonstration Proofs of Concept (POCs). Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and EY's service lines. Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance engagement efficiency.

Possess a CA, MBA, M.Sc., or B.Tech degree with 1-3 years of consulting or auditing experience. Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including one full cycle S/4HANA transformation, is required. Demonstrate rich experience in SAP security design and configuration for various applications such as ECC, BW, SRM, Portal, S/4HANA, Fiori, BPC, and SuccessFactors. A strong understanding of business processes, control frameworks, compliances, regulations, and segregation of duty concepts within SAP ERP environments is essential. Familiarity with SAP security processes, architecture, and administration, as well as end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC Access Controls, is necessary.
