Join our EY-GDS GRC Technology team as a Senior SAP Security Specialist. This role offers a significant opportunity to drive complex GRC Technology SAP Security projects, offering solutions to broader risk challenges through successful implementation. You will be instrumental in recommending, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing applications, addressing critical business needs and advancing technology initiatives.

In this role, you will actively contribute to all project phases, from problem definition and effort estimation to diagnosis, solution design, and deployment of SAP ERP & GRC solutions. You will serve as a project lead or assist the lead in project execution, including estimation, reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effectively collaborate within the team, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining open communication, updating senior members on progress, and mentoring junior colleagues is key.

You will also be responsible for training and coaching junior team members, driving project tasks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Assisting in RFP responses and creating Proof of Concepts for client demonstrations is part of the role. Demonstrate a keen understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and EY's service offerings. Identify and lead automation initiatives to boost engagement efficiency. Analyze requirements, allocate tasks, and prepare status reports, ensuring adherence to software development life cycle principles. You will be accountable for decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team supervision, including performance evaluation to meet organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a CA/MBA/M.Sc./B.Tech qualification with 3-7 years of consulting or auditing experience. Experience in 2-4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including at least one full S/4HANA transformation, is required. Significant expertise in SAP security design and configuration for applications such as ECC, BW, SRM, Portal, S/4HANA, Fiori, BPC, and SuccessFactors is crucial. A solid understanding of business processes, control frameworks, compliance, regulations, and segregation of duty concepts within SAP ERP environments is also necessary, alongside knowledge of SAP security processes, architecture, and administration.
