As a Senior within EY's GDS Consulting GRC Technology team, you will spearhead complex SAP Security GRC engagements. Your role involves solving critical risks through effective solution implementation. You'll act as a Subject Matter Resource, recommending, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing applications to address challenging business problems. Additionally, you will collaborate on solution design and consult with business clients and onsite teams to align with business needs and achieve strategic technology initiatives.

Actively contribute to all project phases, including defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, designing, and deploying SAP ERP & GRC solutions. Lead projects or assist the lead in ensuring successful execution, managing estimations, reviews, and client satisfaction. Demonstrate strong team leadership and collaboration skills, sharing responsibility, providing support, and maintaining clear communication. Update senior team members on progress and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of quality within deliverables. Assist in preparing RFP responses and creating Proofs of Concept for client demonstrations. Showcase detailed knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and EY's products and service lines. Drive automation initiatives to enhance engagement efficiency. Analyze requirements, allocate tasks, and manage status reporting. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and procedures, ensuring adherence to the software development lifecycle. Make informed decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team performance to meet organizational goals.

We are seeking individuals with substantial expertise in SAP Security to join our dynamic EY-GDS GRC Technology Team. This is an exceptional chance to be part of a premier firm and significantly influence the expansion of our service offerings.

To excel in this role, you should possess: - A CA/MBA/M.Sc./B.Tech degree with 3 to 7 years of consulting or auditing experience. - Proven experience in 2-4 end-to-end implementation projects, including at least one full cycle S4 HANA transformation. - Extensive experience in SAP security design and configuration across various applications such as ECC, BW, SRM, Portal, S4HANA, Fiori, BPC, and SuccessFactors. - A solid understanding of business processes, control frameworks, compliance, regulations, and segregation of duty concepts within SAP ERP environments. - Familiarity with SAP security processes, architecture, and administration.

Furthermore, a strong grasp of SAP GRC Access Controls functionalities, including access request management, business role management, emergency access management, access risk analysis, user access review, and SOD review, is essential. Experience with ruleset design and controls framework development within GRC Access Control, along with benchmarking and remediation activities for GRC rulesets, is highly valued. A robust understanding of the basic SAP landscape, transports system, and version compatibility concepts is also crucial.
