Join EY's GDS GRC Technology team as a Manager and spearhead complex SAP Security engagements. You'll be instrumental in solving critical business risks through solution implementation, recommending, designing, developing, and deploying new and existing applications.

Lead project phases from problem definition to deployment for SAP ERP and GRC solutions. Manage project execution, including estimation, reviews, and client satisfaction.

Effectively lead and collaborate within teams, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining open communication. Mentor junior team members, drive quality in deliverables, and foster a positive learning culture.

Prepare proposals, create Proofs of Concept (POCs), and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Identify and lead automation initiatives to enhance engagement efficiency.

Analyze requirements, allocate tasks, and report status accurately. Ensure adherence to the software development lifecycle and manage decision-making, process optimization, and resource allocation for successful task execution.

A CA, MBA, M.Sc., or B.Tech with 7-8 years of consulting or auditing experience is required. Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including at least one full S4 HANA transformation, is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP security design and configuration across multiple applications like ECC, BW, SRM, Portal, S4HANA, Fiori, BPC, and Success Factors. A strong understanding of business processes, control frameworks, compliance, and segregation of duty (SOD) concepts in SAP ERP is crucial.

Proficiency in SAP GRC Access Controls, including access request management, business role management, emergency access management, access risk analysis, user access review, and SOD review. Familiarity with functional processes to design GRC rulesets and control frameworks is also necessary.

Solid understanding of the basic SAP landscape, transport systems, and version compatibility. Excellent communication, presentation, and team-building skills are vital for success in this role.
