You will support Seniors and Managers, actively participate in client engagements, and identify potential risks, sharing any issues with the team. Aid teams in project phases, including problem definition, diagnosis, technical design, and SAP GRC PC solution deployment. Collaborate effectively within the team, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining communication with senior members regarding task progress.

Conduct research and assist in preparing client presentations and information memorandums. Consistently aim to exceed client and team expectations and take on increasingly complex assignments. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and onsite personnel.

Analyze project requirements, prepare project documentation, and ensure adherence to the software development lifecycle and project quality protocols.

We are seeking individuals with a CA/MBA/M.Sc./B.Tech degree and 1-3 years of consulting or auditing experience. Essential qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end SAP GRC PC implementation projects.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP GRC Process Control design and configurations across various versions is required. Proficiency in designing and implementing complex PC functional processes and workflows within the application is crucial. You should also have expertise in designing and building SAP GRC PC CCM business rules and master data setup, along with configuring SAP controls for CCM data sources and business rules.

A solid understanding of business processes, control frameworks, compliances, and regulations within an SAP ERP environment is necessary. Experience with GRC Process workflow assessments, internal controls, issues & remediation plans, ad-hoc issues, survey assessments, and policy management is also required. Expertise in 2nd line of Defense Services and restructuring existing PC solutions is essential.

An added advantage would be exposure to SAP Fiori security, S4/HANA, and SAP Risk Management, Audit Management. Brief knowledge of analytical tools and software for data analysis and visualization, as well as tools like Power BI, Blue Prism, UI Path, SAC dashboarding, and RPA transformation approaches, is beneficial. Strong communication, presentation skills, a positive learning attitude, and the ability to upskill and cross-skill are vital attributes for success in this role.
