As a key member of the EY-GDS GRC Technology team, you'll provide technical leadership and actively participate in client engagements. You will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering a positive learning environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Aid project teams through all phases, from problem definition to solution deployment, specifically for SAP GRC PC. Collaborate effectively within teams, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining clear communication with senior members. Conduct research and assist in preparing client presentations and essential information memorandums. Consistently aim to exceed client and team expectations on increasingly complex assignments. Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with client and onsite personnel. Analyze project requirements thoroughly and prepare comprehensive project documentation. Ensure adherence to the software development lifecycle and project-specific quality protocols.

Possess a CA, MBA, M.Sc., or B.Tech degree with 4-6 years of consulting or auditing experience. Proven experience in 4-5 end-to-end SAP GRC PC implementation projects. Demonstrate expertise in SAP GRC Process Control design, configuration across various versions, and complex functional processes/workflows. Skilled in designing and building SAP GRC PC CCM business rules, master data setup, and configuring SAP controls for CCM data sources. Solid understanding of business processes, control frameworks, compliance, and regulations within an SAP ERP environment. Experience with GRC Process workflow, internal controls assessment, issue remediation, and policy management. Expertise in 2nd line of Defense services and restructuring existing PC solutions. Familiarity with SAP Fiori security, S4/HANA, and SAP Risk Management is advantageous. Basic knowledge of analytical tools for data analysis and visualization, including tools like Power BI, Blue Prism, UI Path, and SAC dashboarding, is beneficial.
