Actively participate in all project phases, from problem definition and diagnosis to the technical design and deployment of SAP GRC PC solutions. Collaborate effectively within the team, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining clear communication with senior team members regarding task progress. Conduct thorough research and assist in preparing client presentations and information memorandums. Consistently aim to exceed client and team expectations by tackling increasingly complex assignments.

Develop and nurture productive working relationships with clients and onsite personnel. Gain a deep understanding of project requirements and analyze them thoroughly. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to the software development life cycle and project-specific quality protocols.

We are looking for individuals with a CA/MBA/M.Sc./B.Tech qualification and 4-6 years of consulting or auditing experience. Essential expertise includes 4-5 end-to-end implementation projects in SAP GRC PC, proficiency in SAP GRC Process Control design and configuration across various versions, and deep knowledge of designing and implementing complex PC functional processes and workflows.

Demonstrate expertise in designing and building SAP GRC PC CCM business rules and master data setup, along with configuring SAP controls for CCM data sources and business rules. A solid understanding of business processes, controls frameworks, compliances, and regulations within an SAP ERP environment is crucial. Experience with GRC Process workflow, Assessments of Internal Controls, Issues & Remediation plans, Ad-hoc issues, Survey Assessment, and Policy Management is required. Expertise in 2nd line of Defense Services and restructuring existing PC solutions is also a key requirement.

Candidates with exposure to SAP Fiori security, S4HANA, and SAP Risk Management/Audit Management will have an added advantage. Brief knowledge of analytical tools and software for data analysis and visualization, including tools like Power BI, Blue Prism, UI Path, and SAC dashboarding, is beneficial, as is a basic understanding of RPA transformation approaches.
