Join the EY-GDS GRC Technology team as a Manager specializing in SAP GRC Process Control. This role offers a significant opportunity to drive technical contributions within client engagements and internal projects. You will collaborate closely with Seniors and Managers, actively participate in client work, and proactively identify and mitigate engagement risks.

Key responsibilities include actively assisting in all project phases, from problem definition to SAP GRC PC solution deployment. You will work collaboratively as a team member, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining clear communication with senior team members regarding task progress. Additionally, conduct research, prepare client presentations, and strive to exceed client and team expectations on complex assignments. Develop productive client relationships, understand project requirements, and prepare necessary project documentation.

Ensure adherence to the software development lifecycle and project-specific quality protocols. Contribute to a positive learning environment by assisting fellow team members and fostering teamwork. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, both personally and for the team, through upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives.

To qualify, candidates should possess a CA, MBA, M.Sc., or B.Tech degree with 8-12 years of consulting or auditing experience. Essential expertise includes 5-6 end-to-end SAP GRC PC implementation projects, with a deep understanding of its design and configurations across various versions.

Proven experience in designing and implementing complex PC functional processes and workflows, along with expertise in SAP GRC PC CCM business rules and master data setup are crucial. A strong grasp of SAP controls and their configuration for CCM data sources, alongside an understanding of business processes, controls frameworks, compliances, and regulations within an SAP ERP environment is required. Experience with GRC Process workflow assessments, Internal Controls, Issues & Remediation plans, Survey Assessments, and Policy Management is also key.

Expertise in 2nd line of Defense Services and restructuring existing PC solutions is expected. While not mandatory, exposure to SAP Fiori security, S4/HANA, and SAP Risk Management or Audit Management will be advantageous. Familiarity with analytical tools, Power BI, Blue Prism, UI Path, or SAC dashboarding, and RPA transformation approaches is beneficial.
