Join EY GDS Consulting as a Manager within the GRC Technology team, specializing in SAP GRC Access Controls. This role offers a prime opportunity to contribute to a leading firm and drive the growth of our service offerings. You'll be instrumental in managing complex GRC technology engagements, solving critical risks through solution implementation, and ideating new services aligned with the SAP roadmap.

As a leader, you will be responsible for recommending, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging applications for challenging business problems. You will also consult with business clients and onsite teams to understand and fulfill business needs, driving both business and technology initiatives forward.

Your core responsibilities will involve actively contributing to all project phases, from problem definition and effort estimation to solution design and deployment. You will support senior management, anticipate challenges, and maintain clear communication. This role demands technical leadership to drive projects and effectively lead teams. Building strong client relationships, understanding their business pain points, and proposing innovative solutions are key.

You will lead process walkthroughs, document business processes, and define functional requirements. Demonstrating deep knowledge of market trends and EY services is crucial. Generating innovative ideas, challenging the status quo, and nurturing positive client relationships to ensure exceptional service are expected. You will also help manage engagement financials, support business development, and foster internal EY relationships.

To excel in this role, you should possess a CA, MBA, M.Sc., or B.Tech degree with a minimum of 8 years in consulting or auditing. Proven experience in managing complex S4HANA transformations and delivering SAP GRC and Security solutions is essential. You must be adept at driving client discussions to design robust SAP GRC solutions for complex landscapes and have rich experience in strategizing GRC architecture and implementing key controls.

We are looking for candidates with experience in at least 4-6 SAP GRC implementation, upgrade, or migration projects, including leading at least one end-to-end S4HANA implementation or migration. The ability to independently lead pursuits and strategic initiatives is highly valued. Experience with SAP Security architecture, designing robust solutions, and managing ITGC frameworks are advantageous. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SOx, GDPR, and GxP, as well as other GRC products, will be a significant asset. Strong project management skills and knowledge of MS Office are expected.
