We are seeking an SAP GRC 2026 Public Cloud Consultant to act as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP GRC and Security for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. You will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Public Cloud security, access governance, and compliance solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to establish secure processes. Drive initiatives across SAP cloud applications, ensuring alignment with organizational security standards and regulatory frameworks.

Spearhead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Public Cloud security, access governance, and compliance solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, auditors, and SAP functional consultants to establish secure and compliant access management processes. Drive access governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives across SAP cloud applications. Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and other SAP SaaS solutions. Ensure alignment with organizational security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Configure and manage SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud business catalogs, roles, and users, designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) aligned with best practices. Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, identify risks, and coordinate remediation activities. Maintain risk matrices, role mapping documents, and compliance reports. Design and maintain SAP Fiori application security, manage IAM concepts, and troubleshoot authorization issues. Support integration with SAP BTP, configuring SAP IAS, IPS, and IAG, assisting with SSO implementations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, ITGC, and corporate security policies, preparing audit evidence and risk reports.

A minimum of 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC is mandatory. Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Security and SAP Public Cloud authorization concepts. Possess expertise in Business Roles, Business Catalogs, IAM Concepts, RBAC Design, User Administration, Access Governance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD). Experience with SAP GRC Access Control or SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) is essential. Showcase strong knowledge of SAP Fiori Security and authorization concepts. Experience supporting compliance, audit, and risk management activities is required. Understanding of SAP Cloud security architecture and identity management processes is necessary. Preferred skills include SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG), SAP IAS, SAP IPS, SAP BTP Security, and familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control modules. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other SAP Cloud applications is advantageous, as is knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM and cloud governance frameworks. SAP Security or SAP GRC certifications are a plus. Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and a strong documentation and governance mindset.
