We are seeking individuals with expertise in Oracle GRC Staff Consultant to enhance our EY-GDS GRC Technology Team. Engage with business stakeholders to understand and gather functional requirements through reviews and workshops. Collaborate with the team to translate business needs into complex technical requirements. Develop technical specifications for system architecture and guide development, while ensuring requirement completeness through quality assurance and peer reviews.

Monitor emerging technology risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for system components based on business needs. Support process modelling and improvement initiatives. Contribute to designing and reviewing test cases, and coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve system issues. Provide insights on whether implemented solutions meet business requirements. Assist in business case development and RFP responses, exploring data to solve business problems.

Demonstrate proven experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements, and developing technical requirements and specifications. Possess a solid understanding of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modelling, and testing. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling and Notation is essential.

Ideally, candidates will hold a CA, MBA, B.E., or B.Tech. degree with 1-3 years of implementation and advisory experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS security and controls. Proficiency in driving risk and control programs for Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) concerns, system role design, and risk control matrix development, is required. A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA is expected.

Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Projects, and HRMS is a prerequisite. Experience in business analysis, technical analysis, and delivering IT solutions is highly valued. Experience with Oracle GRC and Oracle Risk Management Cloud is desirable. Candidates should be willing to learn and work with diverse ERP and CRM solutions.
