Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business and functional requirements through reviews, meetings, and workshops. Collaborate with the team to translate business needs into complex technical specifications.

Produce detailed technical specifications for system architecture and development, conducting quality assurance and peer reviews. Monitor emerging technology risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for system components. Support process modelling and improvement initiatives.

Contribute to the design and review of test cases, coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve system issues, and provide insights on solution and technology alignment with business requirements. Assist in business case development and RFP responses, exploring data to solve defined business problems.

Demonstrate proven experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements, and developing technical specifications, including knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting, modelling, and testing. A solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling is essential.

Ideally, possess a CA, MBA, B.E., or B.Tech degree with 3-7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS security and controls implementation and advisory. Expertise in driving risk and control programs for Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk libraries, remediation roadmaps, system role design, security troubleshooting, and risk control matrix design is required.

Possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like COSO and COBIT, and audit experience with SOX, GDPR, and CCPA. Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Projects, and HRMS is a prerequisite. Experience in business analysis or technical analysis, identifying and articulating problems and solutions, is also necessary.

Additional desirable skills include knowledge of Oracle GRC and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC). Experience with Peoplesoft, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, and Workday would be advantageous. A willingness to learn and work on different ERP and CRM solutions is expected.
