We are seeking individuals with a strong background in Oracle GRC management to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our capabilities and contributing to EY's mission of building a better working world.

As an Oracle GRC Manager, you will be instrumental in reviewing business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications. You'll lead the design and development of system architectures, ensuring completeness and quality through peer reviews.

Key responsibilities include monitoring emerging technology risks and opportunities, recommending system improvements, and supporting process modelling. You will also contribute to test case design, coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve system issues, and provide insights into solution effectiveness. Business case development and RFP responses will also be part of your remit.

We are looking for proven experience in gathering and interpreting business and technical requirements, with a strong understanding of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modeling, and testing. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) is essential.

Ideally, candidates will possess a CA, MBA, B.E., or B.Tech degree with 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS security and controls implementation and advisory. Expertise in driving risk and control programs, designing SoD risk libraries, preparing remediation roadmaps, system role design, and troubleshooting security defects is highly valued. A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like COSO, COBIT, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA is also required.

Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Projects, and HRMS is a prerequisite. Experience in an internal or external business analysis, software/technical analysis role, and stakeholder management are beneficial. Experience with Oracle GRC and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) is highly desirable, as is working knowledge of other ERPs and CRMs such as Peoplesoft, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, and Workday. Willingness to learn and work on different ERPs and CRM solutions is key.
