Engage with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand and document business and functional requirements through reviews, meetings, and workshops. Develop strong relationships with clients to support comprehensive assessments.

Collaborate with the wider team to translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, guiding system architectural design and development. Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance tasks to ensure requirement completeness.

Monitor emerging technology risks and opportunities, formulating recommendations for system and technical components. Support process modelling and improvement initiatives based on a solid understanding of business requirements.

Contribute to the design and review of test cases, ensuring they adequately address project requirements. Coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams to resolve system issues, taking ownership of moderately complex project aspects.

Provide key insights on the alignment of implemented solutions and technologies with business objectives. Assist in business case development and RFP responses, exploring data to solve defined business challenges.

A strong foundation in gathering and interpreting business requirements, alongside proven experience in developing technical requirements and specifications. This includes a solid grasp of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modelling, and testing techniques.

A comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) is essential. While not mandatory, knowledge of application building using Python would be a significant advantage.

Ideally, candidates will possess a CA, MBA, B.E., or B.Tech degree with 8 to 10 years of hands-on implementation and advisory experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS security and controls. A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as COSO and COBIT, along with audit experience across SOX, GDPR, and CCPA, is highly desirable.

Functional expertise in Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Projects, and HRMS is a prerequisite. Candidates should also demonstrate relevant experience in business or technical analysis roles, evidenced by delivering tangible business value through problem-solving. Developed technical knowledge, the ability to provide technical advice, and a clear understanding of user requirements are crucial.

Some stakeholder management experience is expected. The ability to simplify data and articulate trends using Excel, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations is highly desirable. Familiarity with Oracle GRC and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) is also a strong plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to different ERP and CRM solutions is key.
