As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will be instrumental in identifying and onboarding exceptional talent. This role provides comprehensive, hands-on experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities include: - Crafting and disseminating engaging job postings across multiple platforms. - Diligently screening resumes and conducting initial candidate phone screenings. - Orchestrating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. - Meticulously maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system. - Engaging in job fairs and recruitment events to represent Iris. - Assisting in the smooth onboarding of new hires. - Providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department.

We are seeking candidates from the 2024 graduating batch, holding a B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA degree, with an MBA being a preferred qualification. A genuine passion for talent acquisition and HR is essential.
