As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will gain practical experience across the recruitment lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: - Assisting with the creation and distribution of job postings. - Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate phone screenings. - Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews. - Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system. - Supporting the onboarding process for new hires. - Providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
