As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will: - Assist in crafting and disseminating compelling job postings across various platforms. - Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls. - Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system diligently. - Represent Iris Software at job fairs and recruitment events. - Support the onboarding process for new team members. - Offer essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundational interest in talent acquisition and Human Resources.
