As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to identify and onboard exceptional talent. This position provides comprehensive, hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include: - Assisting in drafting and disseminating compelling job postings across diverse online platforms. - Conducting initial resume screenings and performing preliminary candidate phone interviews. - Facilitating seamless scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Diligently maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information. - Representing Iris Software at job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates. - Supporting the smooth onboarding process for all newly hired employees. - Providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department.
