As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the creation and dissemination of job postings across various platforms. You will also be involved in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate phone screenings.

Further, you will coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, and diligently maintain our applicant tracking system. This role also offers exposure to job fairs and recruitment events, as well as support for the new hire onboarding process and general administrative duties for the Talent Acquisition team.

We are looking for candidates graduating in 2024 with a B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA degree. An MBA degree is preferred. A strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources is essential for this role.

Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a detail-oriented and organized approach. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is crucial. We value a positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute.
