As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting and distributing engaging job postings across various recruitment channels. - Conducting initial resume screening and phone screenings to identify qualified candidates. - Facilitating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. - Diligently maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system. - Representing Iris at recruitment events and job fairs. - Assisting with the seamless onboarding of new team members. - Providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
