Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates.

Assist in drafting and disseminating compelling job postings across various channels.

Conduct initial resume screenings and preliminary candidate phone interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system diligently.

Participate actively in recruitment events and job fairs.

Aid in the seamless onboarding of newly hired employees.

Provide essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department.

Graduates from B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA programs (2024 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply; an MBA is considered an advantage.
