As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will actively participate in the recruitment process.

Your key responsibilities will include: - Crafting and disseminating compelling job postings across various platforms. - Thoroughly screening resumes and conducting initial candidate phone screenings. - Orchestrating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. - Diligently maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system. - Representing Iris Software at job fairs and recruitment events. - Assisting in the seamless onboarding of new employees. - Providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
