As a Graduate Engineering Trainee, you will be instrumental in supporting sales and service teams to attract and serve customers efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include managing quote generation and follow-up activities, entering and enriching data to support installed base cleanup and database integrations, and delivering exceptional customer service to our GE business partners and their clients.
You will collaborate with customer employees and management to promote and maintain continuous improvement in processes and productivity. Responsibilities also encompass inbound lead routing, providing well-defined leads to sales representatives, and following up on sales opportunities to support the Inside Sales Team Leaders. You will handle incoming customer requests, provide necessary support, and gain a comprehensive understanding of various customer service processes and internal company policies. Additional project support may also be required.
To be considered for this Graduate Engineering Trainee position, you must hold a full-time engineering degree from an AICTE-approved or government-accredited university, with a specialization in ECE, Mechanical, Civil, or Biomedical engineering. Applicants should be graduating in 2025, possess an aggregate of 70% or 7.0 CGPA, and have no outstanding backlogs.
Proficiency in core subjects like Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering is essential. Successful candidates will be willing to travel as assigned and attend to client service needs with minimal supervision. Desired attributes include strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a service-oriented mindset. Upon successful completion of the one-year training program, there is a possibility of absorption into suitable positions across India, contingent upon business needs and performance.
