Key responsibilities include managing quote generation and follow-ups via phone and email, maintaining and enriching data for installed base cleanup, and providing exceptional customer service to GE business partners and their clients.
You will collaborate with customer teams to drive process improvements and productivity. This role also involves inbound lead routing, supporting GE sales and service teams to serve customers more effectively, and following up on sales opportunities.
Additionally, you will handle customer requests, provide necessary support, understand and implement company policies and regulations, and assist with other projects as needed.
We are seeking candidates who have completed or will complete a full-time engineering degree (ECE, Mechanical, Civil, or Biomedical) from an AICTE-approved or government-accredited university. Applicants must have graduated or be graduating in 2025 with an aggregate of 70% or 7.0 CGPA and no backlogs.
Proficiency in Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical subject matter is essential. Candidates must also be willing to travel and attend to client service needs with minimal supervision.
Desired characteristics include strong verbal and written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Upon successful completion of the one-year training program, there are opportunities for absorption into suitable positions across India, based on business needs and performance.
