Define project parameters, establish benchmarks, and manage timelines while actively identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion. Conduct regular service evaluations, monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and track quality indicators to guarantee superior service delivery and client satisfaction. Support clients through technical change management and user adoption initiatives, maximizing the value derived from their Google Workspace investment.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical expertise is required.

Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and external deployment partners. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or similar is essential. Experience with cloud computing, IT systems integration, and deploying enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, particularly Google Workspace, is a must.

Preferred qualifications include professional certifications in Google Workspace Administration or Google Cloud. A solid understanding of Workspace or comparable products, coupled with a business-centric perspective on their capabilities, is highly valued. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts into tangible business benefits for executive leadership is also a significant asset. A proven track record in deploying cloud or software projects within corporate settings is beneficial.
