Lead the complete delivery lifecycle and technical strategy for Google Workspace implementations. Ensure seamless data migrations from existing systems and maintain architectural integrity.

Serve as the primary technical liaison, orchestrating complex requirements among clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Define project scope, set performance benchmarks, and manage timelines proactively. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project completion within budget and on schedule.

Regularly review service performance, monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and track quality indicators to guarantee exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Provide expert guidance on technical change management and user adoption strategies, maximizing the value clients derive from their Google Workspace investment.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 8 years of experience leading cross-functional technical teams, managing stakeholders, and coordinating with external deployment partners. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or similar is essential.

Demonstrated experience with cloud computing, intricate IT systems integration, and deploying enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, with a specific focus on Google Workspace.

Preferred qualifications include professional certification in Google Workspace Administration or Google Cloud, a strong understanding of Workspace or analogous products, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into business value for executive audiences. A proven track record in corporate cloud or software project implementation, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, is highly valued.
