Join EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) as a GMx Operations Support PM, contributing to strategic transformation and go-to-market initiatives. This role is integral to the Integrated Solution Suites (ISS) program, fostering collaboration across business, technology, operations, finance, and risk functions. You will drive program coordination, execution governance, and operational alignment, ensuring measurable outcomes for clients across diverse industries.

This opportunity allows you to partner closely with senior leaders within EY GDS and EY US. Your focus will be on managing campaign plans, strategic priorities, leadership reviews, timelines, and dependencies. You'll be instrumental in bringing structure, visibility, and execution rigor to fast-paced strategic initiatives and market-facing programs, facilitating high-impact work.

Key responsibilities include supporting strategic ISS initiatives through meticulous planning, execution, and governance. You will develop and manage integrated project plans, track progress, and proactively identify risks and dependencies. Coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure execution readiness and facilitating project reviews will be crucial.

Additionally, you will support PMO governance and reporting by managing timelines, trackers, and follow-ups across various workstreams. Preparing leadership updates and governance reviews will provide essential visibility. You will also champion stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of activities across EY GDS and EY US teams.

We are seeking candidates with 9 to 12 years of experience, including a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proven experience in end-to-end project management, with at least 4 years specifically in Project Management, is essential. Experience establishing PM and Project Governance frameworks, alongside hands-on creation and management of project artifacts like project plans, RACI matrices, and risk registers, is required.

Expertise in managing traditional, Agile, and Hybrid projects, particularly complex global projects involving international teams and senior leadership, is a must. Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organizational and structured thinking abilities, alongside sharp interpersonal and analytical skills, are vital. A keen eye for detail and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and global time zones are expected.
