Key responsibilities include supporting project and program governance by maintaining trackers, dashboards, and reports. You will prepare weekly, monthly, and management reports to track project progress, milestones, risks, and action items. Maintaining RAID logs and ensuring mitigation actions are taken is essential.

Responsibilities also involve coordinating project schedules and milestone tracking for timely execution. You'll support resource tracking and capacity planning, and organize/facilitate project meetings and governance forums. Capturing meeting minutes and driving action item closure are key.

Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for effective communication. Maintain project documentation and artifacts, and support audit and compliance activities through accurate record management. Monitor project performance metrics to aid decision-making and continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong organization, planning, and coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information concisely, are vital.

We are looking for individuals with an analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying gaps and escalating concerns promptly. Comfort in managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a dynamic setting is crucial.
