EY is seeking a dynamic MS Transition Lead Senior Manager to spearhead transition strategies and implementations for our Managed Services deals. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful client engagements across diverse portfolios, including Risk and Fin Crime, Grants & Learning, Tech, Cyber, ESG, and Finance.

Lead comprehensive transition strategies, from initial planning through to successful implementation for a dedicated portfolio of Managed Services deals. Oversee all transition activities to guarantee a smooth and effective client onboarding experience.

Apply EY’s established methodologies and frameworks to all transition processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business objectives. Provide essential technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire transition lifecycle. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Engage directly with clients to articulate the value proposition of our transition solutions, using compelling narratives during presentations and ongoing governance. Effectively manage governance for your team and collaborate with other portfolio leads to ensure alignment across people, processes, and technology within the Transition function.

Possess extensive expertise in transition strategies, meticulous planning, and successful implementation within Managed Services. Demonstrate a strong command of industry-standard methodologies and frameworks. Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both clients and internal teams.

Showcase robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree being preferred. The role demands a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in transition strategy, planning, or a similar field, with a proven history of leading successful transitions and prior experience managing a Transition portfolio. Experience in a consulting or client-facing capacity is essential.
