Lead the design and architecture of complex, multi-country FMS solutions for high-stakes client pursuits, including RFIs and RFPs. Develop differentiated value propositions, establish design principles, and manage risks and dependencies.

Own the end-to-end solution, encompassing scope, operating models, service delivery, governance, and transition planning. Ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives, AI, and automation opportunities into the future-state operating model.

Shape commercial strategies, collaborate with pricing teams, and provide senior oversight on value commitments. Define robust transition and mobilization architectures aligned with client timelines and delivery readiness.

Enable market activation by creating compelling FMS pitches and propositions. Lead, coach, and develop pursuit teams, fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to talent development. Build reusable assets and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or professional qualification such as MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly advantageous.

Possess 15 to 25 years of experience in FMS, finance transformation, outsourcing, GBS/shared services, consulting, or finance operations. Demonstrable expertise in leading complex pursuits, operating model design, workforce sizing, and business case development is essential.

Exhibit strong commercial judgment, advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, and the ability to create executive-ready narratives. Experience in creating propositions and leading senior client sessions is crucial.

Familiarity with AI-enabled finance, automation, analytics, and common finance platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Workday is expected. Strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and collaborative leadership skills are key to success in this role.
