Lead and orchestrate the seamless transition of services, processes, and operations for clients. Develop comprehensive transition plans, including risk mitigation, resource deployment, and communication strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and client-aligned execution of all transition activities. Conduct thorough due diligence to identify process improvements during transitions.

Facilitate effective knowledge transfer and maintain up-to-date process documentation for sustained operational continuity. Monitor transition progress, proactively addressing issues and bottlenecks. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations throughout the transition lifecycle. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.

A minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in transition management, project management, or service delivery within large-scale, global operations is essential. A strong understanding of transition lifecycle methodologies, project planning, and execution across diverse business functions is required.

Possess expertise in identifying and mitigating transition risks, coupled with the ability to develop robust strategies and contingency plans. Proven stakeholder management skills are crucial, with experience coordinating effectively between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational handover.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate complex transition plans to varied audiences. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for progress tracking and reporting is a must. Familiarity with transition management tools like Microsoft Project is highly desirable. The ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and adapt to dynamic environments while maintaining high quality standards is key.
