This role focuses on the Global Managed Service for Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically within the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domain. You will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing IAM solutions, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Key responsibilities include providing application support for IAM engagements, particularly with SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint IDN. You'll resolve technical issues through effective debugging and research, and apply your understanding of IGA concepts such as User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Reporting, Monitoring, Access Certification, and SOD.
Develop and maintain user onboarding workflows and role provisioning, and perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent future errors. You will also support the onboarding of application and platform users, monitor IAM platform health, and provide essential IAM support to end-users. Daily tasks involve health checks, incident support, email support, tool upgrades, system monitoring, and status reporting.
Demonstrated experience in application support for at least two IAM engagements, preferably involving SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint IDN. Proficiency in Java/J2EE and SQL is essential. You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and exhibit the ability to work independently with a positive, adaptable attitude.
Strong background in Application Onboarding Resources and extensive experience with IGA integrations, connectors, custom integrations, and application patterns are crucial. Perform systems analysis and tuning for optimal infrastructure response. Experience with IGA tool implementation and integration with critical applications, as well as development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products, are highly desirable.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree. This role requires a willingness to be on-call and work occasional overtime and shifts as needed.
