This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements within the Global Managed Service framework. You will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and upholding high-quality deliverables.

Provide essential application support for IAM engagements, specifically with SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint IDN. Follow established lifecycle methodologies for seamless operations. Resolve complex technical issues through effective debugging, research, and thorough investigation.

Key responsibilities include managing user lifecycles, provisioning, and reconciliation. You will also be involved in auditing, reporting, and monitoring user activity, alongside handling Segregation of Duties (SOD) compliance. Develop and maintain user onboarding workflows and role provisioning processes. Perform root cause analysis for errors and propose sustainable solutions.

Monitor IAM platform components and resources diligently. Offer comprehensive IAM support to end-users, including daily health checks, incident resolution, and email support. Collaborate effectively with Development and QA teams to address and fix issues. Strong background in application onboarding resources and IGA integrations is crucial.

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position. Demonstrated experience in at least two IAM engagements, providing application support for SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint IDN, is essential.

Proficiency in Java/J2EE and strong knowledge of SQL are necessary. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to document technical information effectively. Thrive in a dynamic, high-energy work environment and maintain a positive attitude.

This role requires the ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and perform systems analysis and tuning for optimal infrastructure performance. Experience with IGA integrations, connectors, custom integrations, and application patterns is highly valued. Willingness to participate in on-call support and work occasional overtime or shifts as needed is also expected.
