As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in architecting and implementing Defender XDR solutions. You'll serve as the primary subject matter expert for clients, maximizing the capabilities of Microsoft Defender in daily operational tasks. Responsibilities include securing cloud environments with cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and best practices, advising clients on optimal use cases, and developing automated security event monitoring processes with corresponding response plans.

To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and its related technologies, including Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, and Defender for IoT. Demonstrated expertise in use case management within Defender XDR and proficiency in Microsoft Intune for policy deployment are essential. A strong technical foundation in cloud technologies like Azure and AWS, coupled with deep knowledge of Windows Server/Linux, is crucial. Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, along with extensive knowledge of security threats, security monitoring, and cyber incident response, are highly valued. A B.Tech./B.E. degree is required, alongside excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong technical acumen, critical thinking abilities, and presentation skills. Relevant Azure certifications (SC-200, SC-100, SC-900, AZ-500) are preferred, with other cloud vendor certifications being a plus.
